Living well has become a priority in mylife. I passionately believe in self love. Eating well, exercising, taking walks and enjoying my own company. We often get caught up in the business of life and forget about the wellness of ourselves. I have put together 5 tips to livingwell that will help you glow radiantly from the inside out

Exercise and  move your body regularly

Aim to always be active. It’s not a good idea to keep still.  Look at what happens if you don’t start your car for week. It shuts down and can parts could break in the process. Always find ways to move. Take the stairs instead of the lift. Take a walk in the park. Nothing hectic at all, as long as you find ways to keep your beautiful body moving. Drink Loads of water and stay hydrated

Don’t dwell on the past – move on- set goal

The past is the past and that is where it should stay. Everything happens for a reason and I believe it is all part of life lessons. We learn and we move on. Start setting goals for yourself. Write down your short term and long term goals and work on these goals to achieve it within your time frame. It’s so rewarding once you have achieved your goals.  So forget about the relationship that didn’t work or the job that you didn’t get. Your future is bright with endless possibilities

Discover your passion- My Favourite

Your passion will lead you right into your purpose. Utilize your spare time to do the things you love. This is a great way to start enjoying your life. I love vintage collections, taking pretty photos and studying. Make the time to explore your passion. Its a fun and exciting way to distress from the mundane routine of work and daily chores and who knows soon your passion can turn into a full time career. All you need to do is START!

Your time is valuable – surround yourself with awesome people.

Always remind yourself that YOU are amazing and you deserve to spend your precious time with people who genuinely believe that too.Trust your instinct as your intuition will never lie. Avoid negative influencers and social groups. Make a conscious decision to always surround yourself with righteousness, peace and joy

No more negative self -talk.

Easier said than done a times but it is possible. No more negative self talk starts with self love. You are one of a kind with your own unique set of skills that no one is this world has. Embrace your uniqueness and don’t allow doubt to take over take your thoughts and remember never to compare yourself with others.
